Crochet basket for home

Made this crochet basket in 3 days and strengthen my muscles since the basket is crocheted extremely tightly :)
Love how it turned out.

Basket size: Size: 30 x 23 x 21 cm (11.8” x 9” x 8.25”)

Yarn: 455 grams of  Red Heart Super Saver Solids (100% acrilic) , 3 strands held together

Hook: 7.0 mm

Here are my samples for Swell Hat pattern . I knitted both hat versions beanie and slouchy with gorgeous merino/cashmere blend yarn (fingering weight). Colorwork pattern is based on Swollen Square optical illusion :)

Рождественский штоллен по рецепту от Ольги (@karpytsch в Инстаграм). Получилось очень вкусно! Небольшие изменения: немного уменьшила количество специй кроме ванили (я не фанат большого количества пряностей) и без цукатов, только изюм, курага и миндаль замоченные в роме. Буду печь еще, новая партия сухофруктов в процессе 😍

There are my new "old projects": Completed in summer, kept them secret for some time, then forgot to show. Gifts for my dear friends Jane and Oksana and their babies.

Delicate baby blankets and NB hats are hand knitted with lightweight and soft merino wool yarn.

Flower Child

I was dreaming about this top for a long time and knitted it finally :) Love it and wear a lot this summer. Norah Gaughan designs are awesome as usual :)

Pattern: Flower Child by Norah Gaughan

Yarn: about 630 m (690 yds), 300 grams of
Elann Limited Edition Cotone Lin, 60% Cotton, 40% Linen (DK, 105 meters in 50 grams).
Needle: US 5 - 3.75 mm, US 3 - 3.25 mm

Mods:
Knit XS to fit S.
All back pieces are knitted together in the round seamlessly.
All front pieces are knitted together.
I’ve made some changes in the front C & D sections to omit neck extensions.
I-cord edging for back neckline
Ended top bottom and sleeves with garter stitch edges.

Central NY Fiber Festival

In the mid June I visited Central NY Fiber Festival.
There were many our local vendors with fleece, rowing, handspun yarns,  handdyed yarns and fibers, spinning and weaving tools, live fiber animals on display. It was not too large as well known Rhinebeck, for example, but it was fun to visit it :)

В середине июня я посетила  Central NY шерстяной фестиваль.
Там были представлены местные производители шерсти, пряжи ручного прядения, шерсти и пряжи ручной покраски, инструментов для прядения и ткачества, а также можно было увидеть живых "шерстяных" животных.
